1. Exhibitor Online Profiles
Exhibitor profiles with photos, videos and PDF brochure could be filled up online for visitors to view by clicking the exhibitor list. It will help promote the institution before, during and after the exhibition.

All exhibitors are entitled to a free description of their organization (max 1500 letters in EN or 750 characters in CN). All exhibitors are kindly requested to submit their profile through exhibitor online account. The Organiser reserves the right to edit any submissions.

2. Exhibitor Badges
Each exhibitor will have 4 free badges for the whole tour to gain admission into the exhibition hall. Additional badges will be charged at CNY 100 each. Detailed information can be referred in exhibitor online account.

3. Booth contractor
The standard booth will be built up by the exhibition official contractor. The exhibitors with raw space shall be responsible for their booth design and build-up at their cost with the assistance of exhibition official booth contractor. Meanwhile, raw space exhibitor’s structure plan, floor plan, perspective plan and electric fitting etc. should be submitted to the Organizer and the official contractor no later than August 20.

4. Additional Furniture
Additional requirement such as special decoration, extra lighting, furniture, plants, AV etc. could be ordered online.

5. Freight Forwarder
SCHENKER China Ltd. Beijing Branch has been appointed as the official freight forwarder, exhibitors could send their exhibition materials to them, and they will deal with customs clearance, and deliver the exhibition materials to the exhibition hall directly. 6. Interpreter
Temporary staff to serve as interpreters can be engaged from the Organiser. Unless exhibitors have their own Chinese-speaking staff, the Organiser highly recommend the employment of interpreters.

7. Invitation Letter for Visa
Invitation letter will be sent within 1 week after exhibitor’s submission of application form and scanned passport pages through Exhibitor Online Account.
